Mobile numbers with Rs 20 balance can't be deactivated- TRAI

The Telephone Regulatory Authority of India gave some relief to consumers in telecom sector and has announced not to abort a connection if they have a balance of Rs 20 and the time period for considering 'inactive' has been set at 90 days
