President George W.Bush has arrived in the Russian resort of Sochi for a farewell meeting with his counterpart Vladimir Putin. The two leaders are expected to finalise a strategic plan or 'roadmap' for future U.S-Russian relations to ensure a smooth transition to new leaderships in both countries.
