Even though President Obama promised to resolve the problems of detainees being held indefinately without trial, there's been little to show for his efforts. One of those still in detention is Fahad Hashmi, who is accused of links with Al-Qaida and has been in solitary confinement for over 2 years. But his trial has been delayed yet again.
