The director of a top UK university has quit over the institution's links to Gaddafi's regime. It comes after revelations the London School of Economics was involved in Libyan donations worth millions of dollars. It's the latest scandal in a string of reports of dirty money infiltrating the UK from dictatorships in the Arab world. And as RT's Laura Emmett reports, London PR firms are cashing in on the unrest.
