The 20th century was a golden age for Russian physics. It gave the world the Pleiad of Luminaries, many of whom were awarded the Nobel Prize. But can the Russian scientific school maintain its standards in the 21st century? Well be talking to Evgeny Velikhov, academic and President of the Russian Research Centre, the Kurchatov Institute, and to Professor Igor Novikov, a theoretical astrophysicist and cosmologist.
