A typical winter evening in New Delhi, a combination of smoke and fog enveloping the City but the latest report by NGO, Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) warns that this is not a mere weather phenomenon. The CSE even cautioning against the health hazards of smog. CSE report says manifold increase in pollution levels is responsible for worsening smog situation.
