Georgian authorities have put the former prison officer who leaked videos of inmates being tortured on Interpol's wanted list. Tbilisi claims Vladimir Bedukadze, who's now seeking asylum in Belgium, is wanted for alleged involvement in the prison abuse. President Saakashvili has promised a complete overhaul of the prison system, but the former staff member who leaked the footage, says the President knew about the abuse. But it's not the first time the man hailed by the US as an envoy of democracy, has been accused of closing his eyes to what's happening in his own country.
