Israeli and Palestinian leaders have resumed their peace talks in Jerusalem, after Tuesday's meeting in Egypt showed no signs of a breakthrough. U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will rejoin the negotiations later. Alan Baker, a former negotiator for Israel, says that the Palestinian threat to walk out of negotiations is already hampering any progress.
