Hydrophobia is an episodic survival adventure game released in 2010. You play as Kate, a systems engineer, who is fighting to stay alive as a terrorist organization kills off people to balance the population. Hack, shoot, and climb your way to safety while trying to save as many people as possible, including yourself.
