We're issuing the challenge to you. Put your parents in front of Windows 8 for the first time, and make a video about their experience. Don't help them, and see just how intuitive (or unintuitive) Windows 8 Consumer Preview really is. If Microsoft can't see how regular users are using Windows 8, it can't fix the problems.
