The Election Commission on Saturday announced the biennial election for 58 Rajya Sabha seats from 15 States. The poll will be held on March 30 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. and the counting of votes, to be polled by the MLAs, will be taken up at 5 p.m. on the same day
