DBS Telecoms offers an extra feature for its freephone 0800 numbers, lo-call 0845 numbers and virtual local numbers called DOBNA - Divert on Busy or No Answer. DOBNA can make sure that your business never misses another call. DBS work out a plan with you so that your calls are routed to wherever you want them to be if you aren't there or your line is busy. For example if a call goes to your landline but the line is busy it goes to the next number in your plan. All you have to do is supply DBS with the numbers you want in your plan and they do the rest.
