My version of the classic "Inside Looking Out". This version most closely resembles "The Animals" interpretation with legendary Eric Burdon doing lead vocals. The song in 1966 was a huge hit in the U.K. However several years later "Grand Funk Railroad" revived it in there style which has a lot more guitar 'jamming' in it. It became a big hit for them. Most folks only are familiar with that version of the song.
The song has an interesting history, not sure who actually wrote it, but the song was inspired and written to appeal to a governor to help get an inmate released from prison.
