On Sachchi Baat with Prabhu Chawla, Subodh Kant Sahay says that the Indian tourism sector is not performing well as this sector has been neglected by the Centre for decades. It is a sunrise sector. Change will take time. Sadly, there are more Indian tourists going abroad than foreign tourists coming in to India. Infrastructure too needs attention. Better co-ordination amongst the various departments within the state and the centre will help develop tourism.
