Morning session at Knockhill in my Honda Integra DC2 Type-R.
Car has standard engine with a 4-1 manifold and Spoon N1 Backbox.
Fully poly bushed suspension, with MeisterR front camber arms and Buddyclub rears, supporting BC Racing coilovers, and MeisterR rear LCA's.
Upgraded front brakes using Brembo blank discs and Hawk HP+ pads, with EBC Redstuff pads out back. All plumbed in with Goodrich braided lines and Motul RBF600 fluid.
The car also has a Spoon close ration gearset with an mFactory straight cut 4th gear, a KAAZ 1.5way diff and an Exedy clutch and lightened flywheel, all put down on the tarmac by Falken 595RS tyres.
