The first trailer for Skyline was released. Film directed and Produced by Greg and Colin Strause Otherwise known as The Brothers Strause In the sci-fi thriller, strange lights descend on the city of Los Angeles, drawing people outside like moths to a flame where an extraterrestrial force threatens to swallow the entire human population off the face of the earth. Skyline stars Eric Balfour, Donald Faison, Scottie Thompson and Brittany Daniel. They decided to make Skyline when they saw the success of Paranormal Activity. They also own the special effects house Hydraulx the film. They said the entire movie was made with only a crew of about 20 people, which made for a very rewarding and intimate situation. Even the actors took risks. Because there were only a couple in people in charge (the directors, a producer and 2 writers) there was no one to report to or to say “no” when they rigged up the leads to hang over a building.
