The Clipper Round the World Yacht race allows novice sailors to become ocean-going yacht racers - and to chose whether they take part in just a short section of the race or the whole trip round the world. Filmmaker Tina Stallard and journalist Guto Harri joined the crew of one of the boats for a training race before the departure.
