A total of 344 trainees have reported for the National Service Training Programme (PLKN) 3.0 Series 2/2025, which began on Sunday (May 11).
National Service Training Department (JLKN) director-general Datuk Ya'cob Samiran, speaking at a media briefing at the 515 Territorial Army Camp in Kuala Lumpur, said trainees have been placed in separate camps based on gender but will undergo identical training modules.
He added that the revamped programme features military-style uniforms and a shortened training period of 45 days, down from the previous three months.
