Srinagar (J&K), April 28 (ANI): In response to the Pahalgam terror attack, Congress leader Saifuddin Soz said war is not an option and urged for a response inspired by Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophy. Neighbourhood cannot be changed whatever you do. Ultimately, what will prevail between India and Pakistan is the dialogue. Dialogue and discussion. No military solution, no arms, no sword. Nothing will work. Dialougue and Discussion are the best thing. War no option"
