Yeah, this was my favourite "Scary" episode of a TV Show.
From PBS, it was "Halloween-ish", although they did an "official" Halloween Special in October 12th, 1991, and this one had the best TTTEAF EPisode with Thomas and Percy in it, adapted from a story from Tramway Engines (Swingin'70s, after funk, before Disco!!!)
...And I met Brian, who was Schemer; - watch, he tries to make kids, scared/brainwashed and get them hooked, on giving their money, games, trinkets that cost Nickels, but at least he's not a Kandi Kid or Drug Seller, like that Fat Nanny Guinea Dyke from Stratford.
