"এই হামলা হঠাৎ করে হয়নি। অনেক দিন ধরে পরিকল্পনা করে করা হয়েছে। কেননা একটা বিষয় আপনারা ভাল করে খেয়াল করুন, পহেলগাঁও-এর পর্যটনকেন্দ্র বৈসরণ ভ্যালিতে সাধারণত কোনও গাড়ি বা যানবাহন যায়না। ওখানে ঘোড়ার পিঠে চড়েই যেতে হয়। মানে এমন একটি জায়গা যেখানে নিরাপত্তা বাহিনী সহজে পৌঁছতে পারবে না। অর্থাৎ, আততায়ীরা পরিকল্পনা করে সেখানে পা রাখে। আর এই মারাত্মক হামলার ছক কষে। এর জন্য দোষীদের আন্তর্জাতিক আদালতে বিচার করা উচিত। আমি স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রীর কাছে পাকিস্তানকে সন্ত্রাসী রাষ্ট্র হিসেবে নিষিদ্ধ করার এবং আন্তর্জাতিক অপরাধ আদালতে যাওয়ার আহ্বান জানাচ্ছি। আমি নিশ্চিত বিরোধী দলও এই সিদ্ধান্তের পক্ষে থাকবে”, পহেলগাঁও নিয়ে এমনই প্রতিক্রিয়া দিলেন বরিষ্ঠ আইনজীবী কপিল সিব্বল।
"This attack did not happen suddenly. It was planned for a long time. Because you should note one thing well, no cars or vehicles usually go to the tourist centre of Pahalgam, Baisaran Valley. You have to go there on horseback. It means a place where the security forces cannot reach easily. In other words, the attackers planned and set foot there. And they plotted this deadly attack. The culprits should be tried in the international court. I urge the Home Minister to ban Pakistan as a terrorist state and go to the International Criminal Court. I am sure the opposition will also support this decision”, said by Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal about Pahalgam Terror Attack.
