"ওরা তো নিরীহ মানুষ ছিল, ওদের কাছে তো কোনও অস্ত্রও ছিল না। নিজেদের আত্মরক্ষার কোনও ব্যবস্থা ওঁদের কাছে ছিল না। তাহলে ওরা কেন? কেন এই নিরীহ মানুষগুলোকে এই ভাবে মারা হল? মানা যাচ্ছে না এই ঘটনা। বিশ্বের দরবারে আমাদের মাথা হেঁট হয়ে গেল। এই হামলা শুধু পর্যটকদের ওপর নয়, সমগ্র কাশ্মীরের ওপর হয়েছে", পহেলগাঁও হামলায় ভেঙে পড়লেন পিডিপি প্রধান মেহবুবা মুফতি।
"They were innocent people, they didn't even have any weapons. They didn't have any means of self-defense. So why them? Why were these innocent people killed in this way? This incident is unacceptable. Our heads are bowed in the court of the world. This attack was not just on tourists, but on the entire Kashmir," said by PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti.
