Mumbai April 19, 2025 (ANI): Congress leader Husain Dalwai criticized BJP MP Nishikant Dubey’s comments on the Supreme Court, stating that such remarks undermine the judiciary. He referenced the Vice President's opposition to the SC's decision on the Waqf Act and emphasized that being an MP does not give one the right to challenge the judiciary, highlighting a disregard for the Constitution.On BJP MP Nishikant Dubey's statement on the Supreme Court, Congress leader Husain Dalwai said, "This is against the judiciary. Even our Vice President was against the SC decision on the Waqf Act. If you are an MP, it doesn't mean you'll speak against the judiciary... This proves they do not obey the Constitution..."
