ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు నేతృత్వంలోని ప్రభుత్వం భూముల కేటాయింపులపై తీవ్ర విమర్శలు ఎదుర్కొంటోంది. టీసీఎస్కు ఎకరా భూమిని కేవలం 99 పైసలకే ఇచ్చినట్టు సమాచారం. అంతేకాదు, గుర్తుపట్టలేని USRU Clusters Pvt Ltd అనే కంపెనీకి 60 ఎకరాల విలువైన భూమిని తక్కువ ధరకే కేటాయించారని ప్రతిపక్షాలు ఆరోపిస్తున్నాయి. ఈ భూముల వివాదంలో రుషికొండ ఐటీ పార్క్, కాపులుప్పాడ వంటి ప్రధానమైన ప్రాంతాలు కూడా ఉన్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది.
