A daring attack was reported from Ladhpur town under Hathras Junction police station area, Uttar Pradesh, where bike-riding miscreants shot a clinic operator in broad daylight.
The assailants, posing as patients, arrived on a bike and convinced the clinic operator to open the shutter. As soon as the door opened, two masked attackers opened fire, hitting the doctor in the stomach.
The entire incident was caught on CCTV, showing the criminals firing at point-blank range. The injured clinic operator was rushed to Aligarh Medical College and is currently in critical condition.
Police have launched an investigation and are scanning CCTV footage to identify the culprits.
