China-Linked Ship Captain Prosecuted for Cutting Undersea Cable

For the first time, Taiwan prosecutors is charging a Chinese ship captain with cutting one of the country's undersea cable. Authorities say the vessel deliberately damaged Taiwan’s critical infrastructure.
