A Chinese national has denied claims that he was arrested and had his luxury vehicle impounded for driving without a licence during a JPJ operation in Bangsar last Tuesday (April 8).
28-year-old Deng Sheng told Oriental Daily that he possesses an international driving license, and neither he nor his Lamborghini Aventador was detained.
