Meta launched new Llama 4 AI models over the weekend as CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced a major Meta AI upgrade, according to Barron's. Meta said its newest AI tool outperforms top competitors on key benchmarks, while a lighter version is optimized to run efficiently on a single Nvidia chip. Zuckerberg said two more advanced AI models are in development, including one he believes may be the largest ever trained. Shares surged more than 2% on Monday.
