Ateneo gets back at Adamson in UAAP women's volleyball
The Ateneo Blue Eagles gets back at the Adamson Lady Falcons with a 25-23, 25-14, 25-23 sweep at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on March 29, 2025 to pick up their third straight win in the UAAP Season 87 women's volleyball tournament. It was another all-around effort for Lyann De Guzman who contributed 12 points, 13 digs, and 13 receptions for the Ateneo, which avenged its season-opening, 5-set loss to Adamson. The Blue Eagles improved to 4-5, tied with the UP Fighting Maroons in fifth place. Shaina Nitura banged 21 points, 11 receptions, and seven digs for the Lady Falcons, who dropped to 3-6 for sixth place.
