Former mediaman-turned-businessman Noel De Luna who is running for a congressional seat in the 3rd District of Camarines Sur vows to fight corruption, champion the poor, and ensure the delivery of basic services if elected in public office. De Luna, who is running against incumbent Naga City Mayor Nelson Legacion and Nonoy Villafuerte Magtuto, is known as a bigtime contractor belonging to one of the most influential families in Camarines Sur.
