Although the low-pressure area (LPA) east of Mindanao has a low chance of developing into a tropical cyclone, it will continue to bring scattered rains to some parts of Bicol, Eastern Visayas, and eastern Mindanao, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Friday, March 28.
