Jorge Rodriguez stressed that the kidnapping of the 238 Venezuelan migrants is the responsibility of all the people, and from the parliament they will do everything so that they are returned to their homeland. “They are our brothers, they are our sons, they are our daughters, they are our fathers, they are our uncles, they are our family. We cannot turn our eyes away from any Venezuelan”.
