From the objective in flashback sequence, I picked a pill for slow motion and I shot on a random NPC who thrown a grenade. Upon slow motion, a random NPC which is a Grove Street gang member is even thrown a molotov on fire, leading low health. As you can see normally, a player in a normal skin model in-game.
