At a press conference after launching the new open payment system for the Rapid KL On-Demand in Cheras on Thursday (March 27), Finance Minister II Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan said a two-tier system involving the use of MyKad is likely to be adopted when the targeted RON95 subsidy is implemented this June.
