INGREDIENTS:
Potato (आलू) - 2.5 medium size/1 cup (boiled,grated)
All purpose flour (मैदा) - 1 cup
Semolina (सूजी) - 1/2 cup
Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1/3 cup
Salt (नमक) - 1 tsp
Chili Flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स) - some
Carom seeds (अजवाइन) - some
White sesame seeds (सफ़ेद तिल) - some
Oil (तेल) - for frying

RECIPE:

Boil some Potatoes and keep them for cooling down completely. Grate the Boiled Potatoes with the grater.
In a bowl, take some sieved All Purpose Flour, Semolina and Wheat Flour. Put some Salt, Chili Flakes, Carom Seeds by crushing them with hand, some White Sesame Seeds and some Oil in it. Then by putting boiled and grated Potatoes, bind the dough.
Cover the dough and keep it for 15 mins. Then make some small dough balls. Take a dough ball, apply some oil on it and roll it. Then prick the Mathri with a Fork or with a knife and in this way, roll all the Mathris.
Fry the rolled Mathris in the heated Oil and make them crispy.
In this way, tasty and crispy Mathris will get ready
