Israel’s Ambassador to the United Nations said in a video message released on Tuesday March 18 that the country “will show no mercy” to its enemies following the resumption of military action in Gaza. Ambassador Danny Danon confirmed that the Israeli army initiated attacks against Hamas targets inside the enclave.
