Sometimes, trying to step up as the hero can be a one-way ticket to Embarrassment-ville, and Cristina learned this lesson in a comical way.
"We were at the Monkey Trail in Thailand when one of the monkeys took an interest in my friend’s dress," Cristina told WooGlobe. "I thought I could save her, but they attacked me as well."
Hats off to Cristina's courage, but picking a fight with monkeys on their home turf is hardly the smartest idea.
Well, at least the ladies walked away with an unforgettable travel memory!
