Former President Rodrigo Duterte was brought to a detention center in The Hague on Wednesday after he was handed over into the custody of the International Criminal Court.
Duterte was flown to the Netherlands following his arrest on a warrant accusing him of crimes against humanity over deadly anti-drugs crackdowns he oversaw while in office.
