Amendments to the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Act, which will make contributions mandatory for foreign workers, are expected to be tabled in the Dewan Rakyat next week.
EPF CEO Ahmad Zulqarnain Onn said at the fund’s 2024 Financial Performance Briefing on Saturday (March 1) that the move is expected to cover approximately two million foreign workers.
