Closing submissions are underway in Antoinette Lattouf’s unlawful termination case against the ABC. The journalist’s lawyers have told the federal court evidence about why she was taken off air, during a fill-in stint on radio, is rife with implausibilities and contradictions. The ABC denies its decision had anything to do with her political opinions or race.
