Saco Maine - A federal court complaint alleges Dana E Prescott of NOFSW, a social worker group, exploited mental illness disability, and also exploited mental illness stigma, for money and the sport of it, from 2017-2024.
This included when Dana Prescott was president and leader of NOFSW, which advertises itself as the National Organization of Forensic Social Work.
Dana Prescott advertises that he has a social worker license in Maine and a law license in Maine. He practices law at Prescott Jamieson Murphy Law Group in Saco, Maine.
NOFSW has a board of directors; in 2017 that board of directors awarded its own leader, Dana Prescott, a lifetime humanitarian award, including during the time Dana Prescott was exploiting mental illness for money as documented in the federal complaint.
