Chinese-Crewed Ship Detained for Possible Sabotage of Undersea Cable

Taiwan’s coast guard has detained eight crew members, all Chinese nationals, of a Chinese-linked ship for suspected sabotage of one of Taiwan's undersea cables. So far this year, three of Taiwan's cables have been damaged or severed completely.
