Heavy bands of rain continue to move eastwards over Wales and southern England this evening, with some high accumulations in parts of the southwest and Wales. Showers will also affect Scotland and northern England overnight, with elsewhere largely dry. Into tomorrow, the rain is likely to clear by the afternoon. Some strong winds in the northwest which will ease into tomorrow.
