Eye-popping security camera footage has emerged, which shows the moment a police car in action collided with a fast-moving van at a junction.
"Looks like the police lady was blinded by the lights," Alan told WooGlobe.
While the cop car incurs damage, the van ends up taking more of a hit, as it gets flipped over and rammed into the rear of a parked car.
The cop steps out of the car, and other people who observed this gruesome incident soon rush to the scene to either simply observe the aftermath of the accident or offer help to the van driver.
