Cignal beats Akari, takes 3rd spot in PVL All-Filipino
Cignal made a high-definition finish to cap the preliminary round of the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) 2024-25 All-Filipino Conference, beating Akari via sweep, 25-17, 25-15, 25-21, at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig City on Feb. 18, 2025. The HD Spikers registered an 8-3 win-loss record to take the third spot in the team standings, and will face the 10th seeded team in the qualification round. Galeries, Nxled, and Capital 1 are all tied with a 1-9 record. Vanie Gandler led the scoring for the HD Spikers with 15 points.
