Malaysians must exercise caution in their words and actions to avoid offending others in this multiracial country, says Datuk Dr Mohd Na’im Mokhtar.
Speaking after attending the Jalinan Muhibah Madani programme during the Chinese New Year celebration on Sunday (Feb 16), the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs) emphasised the importance of mutual respect and sensitivity, especially concerning racial issues.
His remarks came in response to a viral video showing a roadside stall in Kota Warisan, Sepang, displaying a racially offensive sign.
