Only 2% of peaceful assembly applications in 2023 and 1% in 2024 resulted in legal action, says Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.
Speaking at a press conference on Thursday (Feb 13), Saifuddin highlighted that the main reason for application denials was the failure to obtain permission from the premises owner.
