Dubai Parks and Resorts opens in style and fanfare. The Dh13 billion attraction was officially inaugurated on Sunday by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
