The issue, ongoing for months, worsens at night with buses passing every 15 minutes.
Locals claim Severn Trent wrongly marked the repair as completed, despite continued complaints.
One resident likened the sound to a train, while another is considering moving.
Severn Trent confirmed an inspection was done and repairs are scheduled for 18 February.
Coventry City Council said they are in discussions with Severn Trent regarding the issue.
