The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday, Feb. 11 said scattered rains and thunderstorms are expected to persist over parts of the country in the next 24 hours due to the shear line, easterlies, and northeast monsoon.
